I am Lenn Miller's 16 year old son. We are from the United Bethel Mennonite Church in Plain City, OH, but are missionaries down in Choix, Mexico, starting an orphanage. I thought that it would be kind of cool if you would have a page on the BMA website with links to the different ministries that BMA has, as well as links to the missionaries' websites (if they have one). I am the webmaster for the Mexico Ministry website, and I thought it would be neat if you could put a link to it on the BMA website. The website is: http://www.mxbma.orfanatochoix.com Thanks and God bless.

This was interesting for me to find this website. We are members at United Bethel in Plain City, OH. And I have an idea that it would be interesting to have a BMA church directory similar to the Amish Mennonite directory that the Beachy people have. I would like to present this idea to our pastors, but was wondering if anyone else has possibly started something of this nature already. If you could email me, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

“If your heart takes more pleasure in reading novels, or watching TV, or going to the movies, or talking to friends, rather than just sitting alone with God and embracing Him, sharing His cares and His burdens, weeping and rejoicing with Him, then how are you going to handle forever and ever in His presence...? You'd be bored to tears in heaven, if you're not ecstatic about God now!” - Keith Green

This is a great page. I want to think you for upholding good conservative Mennonite values. Mostly Family, Church and the Covering. It;s so sad to see our traditional values being pushed aside for "new" ideas.

Nice website, although it needs to be updated. I'd like to see some information on DNI. Judging from some of the entries here, maybe you should add a chat room to discuss divorce and remarriage?

Hank Wiebe hank@labelleinc.com 10/13/2004
I heard favorable comments about the BMA, and enjoyed a quick perusal of your site. God Bless.

We enjoyed surfing through this site and as BMA members we would like to suggest that you include a copy of the doctrine of faith as believed and understood by our churches. That way when people ignorant of us could get a clear understanding where we are doctrinally. God bless.

Neal Eberly neberly1@aol.com 9/15/2004
Enjoyed looking over the site. Very nicely done. I think the one visitor is way off base on the divorce/remarriage issue. Methinks he protests a little much. Another excellent resource book is "The Divorce Myth" by J. Carl Laney. Well worth reading.

I attended the 6th Annual Convention on Saturday and it was refreshing. Thank you for having a web site. May God bless you.

Sonia Zalipski slbtrekkie@yahoo.com 7/14/2004
I have a friend whose wife left him for another man and married this other man 22 years ago. The other man died and the wife has not remarried. My friend has never remarried because he believes he is "still married in the sight of God" even though his wife committed adultery. I advised this man since he is "still married in the sight of God", he can have sexual relations with his "wife" because they are not divorced. And she cannot deny him, or he could not deny her. And they wouldn't have to get remarried because they weren't actually divorced. Is there anything wrong with this? Because if you want to tell people they still married even when they have a divorce decree, then they STILL have the rights of married people without having to get a marriage certificate. Therefore, my friend is still in "bondage" to his (ex) wife. Any comments?
